What is the best time to visit Kottayam?

October to March. The southwest monsoon from June to September brings heavy rain to Kerala, and the backwaters are easier on drier days. Temple dates and festivals change the crowd, so tell us your dates before you book.

Can you combine Kottayam with other Kerala places?

Yes. Kottayam sits between the coast and the hills. Munnar and Thekkady are common additions, and so is Guruvayur, already in our package. The Kerala page shows every plan.
